The line between a mobile app and the mobile web is becoming increasingly blurred. And Progressive Web Apps (PWA), the latest open-source initiative from Google, is at the forefront of this development.
PWA can essentially be seen as a hybrid of regular web pages and the mobile app, allowing for mobile app-like experiences for the web.
PWA is Google’s latest attempt to incentivize mobile users to spend more time on the mobile web.
