After being acquired by Noosphere in June of this year, mobile marketing firm Fiksu has announced that it’s splitting itself into four new mobile marketing companies.
The new businesses, which will work together but remain independent, are indicative of the increasingly complex and nuanced mobile marketing industry.
In fragmenting its coverage area, the company hopes it will better be able to address all aspects of the growing mobile market. Here is a rundown of the four new companies and their coverage area:

Fiksu DSP will focus on real-time-bidding (RTB) advertising on mobile devices. The RTB market will be worth almost $3 billion in 2016 and will double over the next two years, according to Fiksu DSP CEO
