Chase Home Lending and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (automated technology) to send you text messages about our home lending products and services using a short code.  These text messages are intended to provide you with information about our products and services. These terms do not apply to routine servicing messages you might receive about your account.

Message Frequency

We provide a one-time home lending text message per request.

How to opt-out of home lending marketing text messaging

To stop receiving marketing text messages from Chase for a specific home lending program, simply respond STOP to the text message you received for that program. We will send a text message confirming your opt-out has been completed. Please note that this will only remove you from receiving text messages for that program.
