Russian national operator Rostelecom has introduced its new SMS advertising option for SMEs. The option is available to customers connected to the ‘Be Positive’ service from the operator. The service enables campaigns of customized SMS to large numbers of users, with packages including 1,000 to 5,000 text messages available.
The ‘Be Positive’ service for SMEs includes a package of various digital services, including PBX, video-surveillance and other options.
