TeleSign recently announced it will integrate its global SMS messaging capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing. The company said, with its SMS app, users of Dynamics 365 for Marketing will be able to easily send SMS-based marketing campaigns including reminders, notifications, and alerts to enhance engagement and usage as well as brand awareness.
Its SMS app enables people to incorporate real-time communications into existing or new web and mobile applications and scale their usage in accordance with their requirements. These messages can be sent as reminders, alerts, invites, notifications, promotional campaigns, two-way communications, and other marketing messages sent directly from the TeleSign SMS add-on in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This customer experience results in enhanced user engagement, strengthened customer lifetime values (CLV), faster growth, and better satisfaction rates.
